The General Ledger Closing Schedules provide the specific cutoff dates and times for financial activity submitted for processing within the General Ledger.  Two schedules are published to aid in planning and submission of transactions.

Monthly Closing Schedule

Provides the specific cutoff dates and times for financial activity for the first eleven months of the fiscal year and is published in mid-July.

Fiscal Year-End Closing Schedule

Provides the specific cutoff dates and times for financial activity for the close of fiscal year-end business and is published in mid to late April.  This schedule includes a number of related activities relevant to the year-end process.  (The prior schedule will remain available to aid in targeted planning for the next fiscal year and is replaced when the new schedule is published.)
