Thank you for your hard work during the May – August 2022 certification period! Despite the successful certification of 7,727 effort statements, we had 1 write-off for the period. To avoid write-offs in the future, please ensure Proxy/Designee paperwork is submitted timely in order for certification to be completed for faculty who have left the University.
Please be aware of additional SPAR closures during the month of December that are necessary to accommodate the PRISM upgrade and payroll processes. These are noted on the monthly calendar and on the FCR website.
If you need to modify a SPAR line for an account that has been disabled, you will first need to contact your Sponsored Projects Accounting representative to request that the account be enabled.
