The ECC Pre-Review period opens on January 15th for hourly effort statements and January 8th for salaried effort statements. The pre-review period gives effort coordinators the opportunity to review effort statements for accuracy prior to the opening of the PI certification window.
The upcoming certification is for the winter academic term. The salaried period of performance dates will include September 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. The hourly period of performance dates will include September 3, 2023 (Biweekly Pay Period 19) through January 6, 2024 (Biweekly Pay Period 1 2024).
When submitting 90-day requests, at a minimum the request must include a signed 90-day request form, detailed justification of how the error occurred, as well as plans to prevent such similar occurrences in the future, and either a signed SWCT or marked up SPAR indicating the changes you are requesting.
