FISCAL YEAR-END CUT OFF ALERT!!! The SPAR application will go into Query Only mode at 5:00 pm on June 27, 2022. All FY 2022 SPAR entries must be recorded prior to this established cut-off. Please review Nicole’s email from May 18th for more details related to the FY 2022 cut-off dates for SPAR and SWCT 90-Day Exception Requests.
After June 27, SPAR modifications to May-June 2022 lines involving 02 accounts will be subject to Fiscal Year-End Cut Off rules:
- Charges to an entity 02 or 03 account will appear in the new fiscal year (FY 23).
- Credits to an entity 02 or 03 account will default to a General University account.
June 7 marks the opening of the January-April 2022 certification period. Please refer to our website for important dates related to the certification period and to find helpful resources for effort coordinators and PIs.
