As a reminder, departments will NOT have the opportunity to make adjustments to their June Preliminary level reports, which you should receive on or about July 8th. Therefore, it is imperative that you review your April and May level reports very carefully and process any necessary adjustments in a timely manner and in accordance with the established year-end closing schedule available at: www.controller.pitt.edu/budget-financial-reporting/general-ledger-closing-schedule/.
SPECIAL NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT PROCESS ANY FINANCIAL AID AWARDS IN THE PEOPLESOFT SYSTEM FOR THE UPCOMING FALL AND SPRING TERMS (TERMS 2211 AND 2214) BEFORE JULY 1, 2020. OTHERWISE, FINANCIAL AID ASSOCIATED WITH NEXT FISCAL YEAR’S BUDGET WILL POST TO YOUR LEVEL REPORTS THIS FISCAL YEAR.
