Effort certification compliance, 90 day exemption request cut offs, SPAR Subset Access Form, and RC, Department or individual level SPAR reports.
A huge THANK YOU to all Department Administrators/Effort Coordinators for your persistence in ensuring effort certification compliance for your area. For only the 9th time in our 20-period history of electronic certification, we have achieved 100% compliance! Congratulations on a job well done!
Each year we experience a rush of 90-Day Exception Requests to correct salary distributions to entity 02, 03, and 04 accounts as we approach the fiscal year-end. Please review the FY 2019 operating accounts in your area early as correcting these distributions now will ensure all entries can be made before the FYE cut-off and provide you the opportunity to review the resultant changes on your level reports.
SPAR Administrators who create SPAR Subset Access relationships are responsible for monitoring those relationships to ensure that the relationship is terminated when the business need for the access ends. Subset creators are required to retain copies of an authorized SPAR Subset Access Form for each subset relationship granted. If a SPAR Administrator in your area has transferred or terminated and had previously granted SPAR Subset access, those subset relationships will be automatically terminated by routine SPAR subset maintenance processes. Those subset relationships that are still necessary will need to be recreated by a current SPAR Administrator in your area.
Reports detailing SPAR data at the RC, Department or individual level can be generated and printed or downloaded in both PDF and Excel formats.
