January – April 2022 effort statements will be available to effort coordinators for pre-review beginning May 8th.
Please be aware that due to the labor distribution issue that occurred in January, there may be erroneous 0% lines on the Jan-Apr 2022 effort statement. These 0% lines cannot be deleted from the effort statement and still require certification. If you or your PIs have questions or concerns about a particular account on an effort statement, please contact us at SPARhelp@cfo.pitt.edu.
As a reminder, please follow guidance in Effort Documentation Required When Advanced Account Request is Delayed for situations when effort begins before an account number is available.
