Please remember to update Sep-Dec SPARs for those cap-eligible faculty who received retroactive salary increases in September or October to account for MCS related to the retroactive increases. More information about the action required can be found here.

The ECC Pre-Review period opened on January 1st for hourly effort statements and will open on January 8th for salaried effort statements. The pre-review period gives effort coordinators the opportunity to review effort statements for accuracy prior to the opening of the PI certification window.

Be sure to review level reports and process timely corrections to avoid necessitating a 90-Day Exception request, particularly in situations only involving entities 02, 03, or 04 accounts.

If you are experiencing a long wait time when attempting to query a lengthy SPAR, please use the Start and End Period fields, in addition to the Employee Name or Number, when querying a SPAR. This will allow the system to pull up the SPAR you are trying to access more quickly.
