The ECC Pre-Review period opens on January 11th for hourly effort statements and January 8th for salaried effort statements. The pre-review period gives effort coordinators the opportunity to review effort statements for accuracy prior to the opening of the PI certification window.
The upcoming certification is for the fall academic term. The salaried period of performance dates will include September 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The hourly period of performance dates will include August 31, 2025 (Biweekly Pay Period 19) through January 3, 2026 (Biweekly Pay Period 1 2026).
