FISCAL YEAR-END CUT OFF ALERT!!! The SPAR application will go into Query Only mode at 5:00 pm on June 25, 2021. All FY 2021 SPAR entries must be recorded prior to this established cut-off. Please review Nicole’s email from May 18th for more details related to the FY 2021 cut-off dates for SPAR and SWCT 90-Day Exception Requests.
After June 25, SPAR modifications to May-June 2021 lines involving 02 accounts will be subject to Fiscal Year-End Cut Off rules:
- Charges to an entity 02 or 03 account will appear in the new fiscal year (FY 22).
- Credits to an entity 02 or 03 account will default to a General University account
Welcome to our newest intern, Hailey Martray! Hailey just completed her sophomore year at Pitt-Greensburg, studying Management and Accounting, and will be working with us through the summer. Please recognize Hailey as an official member of the FCR team as you may receive communications from her throughout the summer.
FCR offers a variety of training offerings which are regularly posted to our website. As mentioned in previous editions, we are transitioning all of our workshops to be available on-demand and as they are ready, they will be added to our website.
